Your Account, Privacy and Data

Anyone can log in to the dashboard with Discord to manage their own settings and data, even without managing a server. Log in from the home page, then open your account menu (your name, at the top right or at the bottom of a server's sidebar) and choose Settings.

Your Settings: appearance, timezone, birthday, privacy, your data and the danger zone

Appearance

Choose Light, Dark or System (follow your device). This only changes how the dashboard looks for you.

Timezone

Your timezone is used to show times on the dashboard and for scheduling, and your birthday is announced on that date where you live. When you have not set one, the dashboard uses the timezone of the server you are viewing.

Birthday

Set your birthday once and every server that announces birthdays uses it.

  1. Pick the Month and Day. The Year is optional; with it, servers can show your age or give age roles.
  2. Click Save Birthday.

Remove deletes it after a confirmation, and servers stop announcing it. You can do the same in Discord with /birthday set and /birthday forget.

What the bot stores about your activity

To power leaderboards and charts, the bot stores activity analytics: the fact that you sent a message, reacted, joined a voice channel and similar events, with the server, channel and time. It never stores the content of your messages and never stores your online status.

The anonymization window

Activity analytics are linked to your account only for a limited time, 30 days unless the bot's operator set a different window (the site's privacy policy, linked as Privacy in the page footer, states the current one). After that, your user ID is removed from the records. They stay only as anonymous totals, such as "the server had 2,000 messages that day", and can no longer be traced back to you.

Because of this, charts and rankings that name members only count recent activity; older activity only shows up in server-wide totals.

Note

Levels XP is not activity analytics. Your XP and level are kept until you delete your account or staff reset them, the analytics opt-out below does not affect them, and they appear on the server's public leaderboard. To remove them, delete your account, or ask the server's staff to reset your XP.

Privacy & Tracking

Activity analytics off: your activity is no longer attributed to you
  • Activity analytics: turn it off to stop your activity from being attributed to you in every server, starting immediately. The card then reads "You're opted out - your activity is no longer attributed to you."
  • Delete my analytics data: click Delete analytics data to erase the activity analytics already stored about you, across every server. Your XP and other data are not affected. Turning analytics off stops future collection; this clears the past.

Server admins can also exclude channels, roles or members from analytics for their own server.

Your Data

Click Download my data to get a ZIP file with a copy of all the personal data the bot holds about you:

FileContents
README.txtWhat each file is
profile.jsonYour account and dashboard settings
birthday.jsonYour birthday, if set
global_levels.jsonYour XP totals across servers
activity_events.jsonThe activity analytics recorded for your account
guilds/<id>.jsonFor each server: membership, XP and form responses
records/<table>.jsonEvery stored row that names your account

You can download it up to 3 times an hour.

Danger Zone

Log out of all devices

Log out everywhere ends every dashboard login for your account, including the one you are using. Dashboard pages open in other tabs or on other devices go back to the home page and say you were logged out: at once where a server list or server dashboard is open, otherwise when you return to that tab. A login otherwise lasts 90 days from your last visit (the operator can change this), and each visit renews it.

Delete your account

Delete my account permanently deletes your data and logs you out. It asks for confirmation first.

Deleting your account cannot be undone

What happens to your data:

DataWhat happens
Account, dashboard settings, birthday, XP and levels, server membership records, activity analyticsDeleted.
Your answers to server formsKept by the server, but no longer linked to you.
Staff log entries about youKept, with your name removed.
Moderation cases and infractions about youKept, so servers can stay safe (for example so a ban history is not wiped by deleting an account).
Records of actions you took as a staff memberKept, as part of the server's audit trail.
Dashboard usage analytics (see below)The profile linked to your account is deleted when the instance's operator has configured PostHog deletion; otherwise ask the operator to delete it.

Deleting your account does not remove you from any Discord server, and messages the bot posted in Discord stay there.

Dashboard usage analytics and cookies

The dashboard may use PostHog to count how its pages are used. It runs only after you accept cookies in the cookie banner, and it identifies you by your Discord user ID only. Change your choice at any time with Cookie preferences in the page footer. The Privacy and Cookies pages, linked in the footer, have the details.
