/form list shows you (privately) every enabled form with its type and a link.
/form link slug: posts a card for an enabled form in the current channel, for everyone to see, with its description and a button that opens it. The slug option suggests your forms as you type.
/form reset-cooldown slug: user: lets a member submit a form again although it allows one response per member: after their last response was accepted or denied, it skips the re-apply cooldown (or the one-time limit) for their next submission. It does not work while their response is still waiting, or for permanently denied appeals.
/form list and /form link can be switched off on the Commands tab, and stop working while the module is off.
